Introducing CALM and STORM Coverage

For years, former customers’ have requested from me a way to provide a more cost effective solution to ensure their TouchStar Software system is supported in a way that you were supported before.  You want the comfort in knowing when things go wrong you have a partner to turn to.  Well, we finally have decided to be that partner again.

We understand how frustrating it can be to pay the full support costs when you know the system and only really need a higher level of support to fix problems.  That is why we created two different coverage; Calm and Storm.

Calm Coverage is a plan to help you through any number of issues as a blanketed coverage. 

Storm is a coverage designed to provide help only when major problems occur.

Some of the key members of the former TouchStar Software team have returned to provide you with the same level of service you use to receive.  We know that the support and customer care we provided really helped you decide to purchase the product in the first place because people have told us that countless times.

We recognize that some companies may want to change to a different solution.  When you are ready we can help with one of our products in the marketplace and can provide you a special offer.

The offer is simple, in any given annual support year with us 100% of unused support dollars may be used towards the purchase of your new call center technology.

Support Packages

STORM Coverage

Storm coverage is necessary to protect your business from catastrophic failures that happen to your TouchStar Software system.  Some would call it 3rd Tier Support services but we call it Storm because when your systems crash we are there to help you get back up and running.

*Cost: $149 per seat per year

Items covered:  Disaster Recovery for the following items

  • Major crash recovery including database issues
  • .dll support for custom .dlls
  • Trouble Shooting mission critical problems (anything from telephony issues, scripting, IVR or other areas not listed)
  • System performance issues (Non-code related)
  • Hardware assistance to resolve performance issues  (We cannot replace the hardware but we will assist you in ordering the right hardware)

 

Not covered:

  • Any code changes or modifications to the license files
  • How too questions and answers
  • Script Writing
  • Report Creation
  • Simple single station problems not impacting your overall system performance

 

CALM Coverage

Calm Coverage gives you the necessary coverage to have trained experience support personnel available to you for training your staff, questions on product functionality, support requests through to the Storm Coverage items listed above.

*Cost:  $299 per seat per year

Items covered:

  • All Storm Coverage Items above
    • Major crash recovery including database issues
    • .dll support for custom .dlls
    • Trouble Shooting mission critical problems (anything from telephony issues, scripting, IVR or other areas not listed)
    • System performance issues (Non-code related)
    • Hardware assistance to resolve performance issues  (We cannot replace the hardware but we will assist you in ordering the right hardware)
  • On-line training available upon request
  • How too questions and answers
  • Simple single station problems not impacting your overall system performance
  • All levels of support coverage

 

Not covered:

  • Any code changes or modifications to the license files
  • Script Writing
  • Report Creation

 

Sunshine

Much like plants, organizations need an outside source to fuel growth and Sunshine is your source.  We can provide highly skilled individuals to help add on additional items that your team just may not have the skill set or time for. Some of these items can include script implementations, custom .dll development, IVR build outs and custom report development.

*Costs: $149 per hour

Every project will be individually scoped out based upon your needs.

 

 

So if you do decide to take advantage of our special offer above to switch to one of our other solutions here is an example of how the program works.

 

Example:  If you have 20 seats on our Storm Coverage you will pay $2980 annually.  If after 6 months you switch to one of other solutions we will take the remaining % of the annual support costs and credit you that amount towards your new system.  So in this example you would get a $1490 credit (that’s the remaining 6 months)!!  Now that is the type of simple no non-sense approach you expect.

 

*We do not offer you license changes, license additions, internal feature additions or any code changes.  Just like any service provider, we are limited by the amount of access we have to the Intellectual property owner’s code or resources.
