Steve Bederman is the founder and CEO of thē Call Center Corporation. Steve is a well-known renaissance business leader in software and technology industries in North America and Globally. He has held CEO positions in Call Center Software, Computer and Network Security industries.
Steve most recently was CEO of Vocalcom North America, a global leader of call center technology based in Paris, France with offices around the globe. He was the founder and CEO of Touchstar, and built the company to a global leadership position in call center software and services. Steve has also held CEO positions at E-Fense Corporation and Vigilance Corporation. He specializes in U.S. and global software growth and market entry strategies, and has worked with numerous Ministers, Presidents and private companies on technology and entrepreneurial ventures.
Steve is also CEO of the boutique firm thē Corporation, which offers a new approach to U.S. market entry to non-US companies that have been unable to successfully enter the US market on their own. Steve shares his “out-of-the-box” thinking on managing companies entering new markets and how to approach US market entry in his blog and is developing a book entitled “From the Outside In: Breaking Into the American Markets.” Steve is also the author of three corporate thriller novels and a professional musician.

Sheri Springer
Sheri Springer, Senior VP of Sales, has managed Fortune 500 company portfolios of over $3 million during her extensive sales career. Sheri was Director of North American Sales for MACH Americas, Senior Account Executive for TouchStar Software and several other software and technology firms, and held positions at Sentinel Development and Vocalcom. Her strong knowledge, experience and academic background, including a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Tampa, have given her the highly successful track record she holds today. Sheri’s consultative selling approach coupled with her technical background as Systems Analyst at Verizon Data Services (formerly GTE) and Florida Legislative Data Services, have contributed to her success.
Fred Stacey
Over the past decade Chief Operating Officer Fred Stacey has held numerous senior operating positions in software and technology both in the US and Internationally. He was Director of Europe, Middle East and Asia-pacific for TouchStar Inc. In addition, he held positions as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Sentinel Development Solutions and at Castel. Fred also has a significant background in building and managing training groups and was responsible for the creation and build out of corporate university training programs. Before getting into technology, Fred had managed and turned-around several ailing outbound call centers. He has spoken at national events on motivation and leadership and his book “Cut out the Garbage” focuses on call center sales management.
